This full-service planning package provides comprehensive support from start to finish, with thoughtful guidance, design oversight, and seamless coordination throughout your wedding journey. The scope of services is clearly defined to ensure a consistent, high-touch experience for every couple.

Pre-Wedding Planning Services

  • Planning consultations to guide decision-making and priorities

  • Ongoing vendor management and communication

  • Design guidance and cohesive aesthetic oversight

  • Coordination of accommodations and transportation logistics

  • Etiquette guidance for a polished, thoughtful celebration

  • Attendance at key vendor meetings (caterer, rentals, florist, photographer, etc.)

Wedding Day Services

  • Complete coordination and setup of ceremony and reception spaces

  • Central point of contact for all vendors throughout the day

  • Styling and placement of reception details, including place cards, favors, guest book, gift/card table, dessert table, photo booth, restroom baskets, signage, and more

  • Direction of the ceremony processional

  • Reception coordination including introductions, toasts, special dances, and cake cutting

  • Support for the wedding party, family, and guests as needed

  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

  • Fully stocked emergency kit for unexpected needs

  • Oversight of breakdown and cleanup at the conclusion of the event

Additional Services & Notes

  • This package includes rehearsal and wedding day services.

  • Additional events may be added for an additional fee.

  • Rehearsal dinner or morning-after brunch coordination is available starting at $75/hour.

  • For venues located more than one hour from our office, travel and accommodation fees may apply.

  • An inventory of supplemental furniture, décor, and planning supplies is available; rental and delivery fees may apply.
